2008 13U BPA WORLD SERIES
The BPA World Series will use a “Pool Play” format with a five (5) game guarantee, weather permitting. Teams will play a round robin within their pool with the top seeds from each pool advancing to the Gold Championship bracket and the lower seeds from each pool advancing to the Silver Championship bracket. All teams will play 3 pool games and then a double elimination championship round. All teams will qualify for Championship Bracket Play. The BPA drop-down format allows teams to be seeded into Championship Brackets according to their performance on the field. The number of pools, teams in each pool, schedule format, etc. will be set by the Tournament Directors.

11:00 am - 12:00 pm Coaches Check In / Team Registration
12:30pm Mandatory Coaches Meeting (max 2 representatives per team)
The Following events will be held at john crowe recreational park
2:00pm – 4:00pm Team Competitions
4:30 pm Opening Ceremonies / Parade of Teams
ALL TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OPENING CEREMONIES / PARADE OF TEAMS, AND THE TEAM SOCIAL / SKILLS
CONTESTS. PLAYERS MUST BE IN UNIFORM.

WE ASK EACH TEAM TO BRING A TEAM BANNER FOR THE PARADE OF TEAMS AND TO HANG ON YOUR DUGOUT DURING YOUR GAMES
WE WILL HAVE A CONTEST FOR THE BEST LOOKING AND MOST CREATIVE BANNER
TEAMS MUST QUALIFY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2008 WORLD SERIES
TEAM QUALIFY BY FINISHING IN THE TOP 4 IN A BPA WORLD SERIES QUALIFIER AND ALL TEAMS MUST PLAY IN THE 2008 BPA STATE TOURNAMENT.
IF BPA IS NOT OFFERED IN YOUR STATE, YOUR TEAM CAN CONTACT THE BPA REGIONAL OFFICE AND GET INFO TO ENTER THIS TOURNAMENT.
